| Mô tả công việc | + Supervises sales process: - Checks PO before proceeding next process - Supervises sales order, invoicing, debt collection processes - Follows up delivery process with PPIC and customers + Handles reports, communication and pricing: - Collates and prepares sales reports and forecast - Sales database - Handles and follows up pending issues from GAM meetings - Follows up testing results conducted by 3rd party - Does coating cost calculation (per m2) for customers after comparing with min price by Costing account - Provides trade price to customers + Assists in managing sales accounts: - Provide correct price to sales team - Follows up PO process and updates for sales team - Monitors sales achieved weekly, monthly, ... + Acts as customer service agent: - In charge of window contact - Follows up customers’ complaint handling and feedback to customers + Executives admin work: - Prepares sales contracts for customers - Prepares and records ISO documents - Prepares letters to customers - Records sample receipts - Translates documents to Vietnamese/English - Other secretarial tasks assigned by the Superior |
